Wilus today received a Certificate of Designation as an Advanced Technology Center (ATC+, 우수기업연구소) from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE).
This accolade recognizes Wilus for excellence in R&D and innovation. The ATC+ program is a state-funded initiative aimed at developing Korean organizations that drive corporate growth and industrial innovation.
Wilus was recognized for its important contributions to SEP development at the ‘SEP Strategy Conference’ held by the Korean IP Office (KIPO) on June 22, 2023. The conference was convened to share best practices from KIPO’s ‘SEP Development Support Project’, in which Wilus was an active participant.
During the event, Wilus was nominated as the most outstanding participant in the project. In recognition of its contributions to strengthening national competitiveness in the areas of standard essential patents, Wilus was presented with a ministerial commendation (표준특허 창출지원 우수기관 장관상) from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE).
