WILUS Inc. participated in ICT standards education for standardization specialists- Fundamentals of international standards for mobile communication hosted by the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) and the Ministry of Science and Technology on September 2nd, 2019. This education event was a second followup event after the first standards education also hosted by the TTA on July 24th, 2019. WILUS Inc. gave their insights on the topic of 5G-NR Based unlicensed spectrum standards, high-throughput, low latency communication and Industrial IoT.

The Korean Tourism Organization (KTO) hosted ‘The laborer’s vacation support program workshop and awarding ceremony’ in Seoul Dragon City Hotel, on June 19th, 2019.

Wilus Inc. is collaborating with SKT for development of the IEEE 802.11be technology. IEEE 802.11be is the next generation of Wi-Fi technology, aiming to provide transmission rates up to 30Gbps.
The WILUS-SKT Consortium was selected as the national research project facility by the Ministry of Science and ICT of Korea for the development of IEEE 802.11be technology. The developments are planned to commence from May 2019.
IEEE 802.11be features a 320MHz bandwidth with Multi-band/Multi-channel aggregation and operation capabilities. It also has 16 spatial streams and MIMO protocol enhancements, allowing Multi-AP Coordination Enhanced link adaptation and retransmission protocol.
